BRIEF Certificate in partnership in Northern Ireland

For the first time BRIEF is delivering a certificate programme in partnership with another organisation. Staff Care, a leading UK Employee Assistance provider with specialist expertise in the field of trauma in the workplace and its management, has been commissioning BRIEF to deliver in-house training for its staff for 10 years. This collaboration has developed further with the commissioning in 2009 of an 8 day certificate programme for Staff Care counsellors with some availability of places for others in Northern Ireland who wish to develop a solution focused approach to their work. The enthusiasm for this Belfast-based programme has been considerable and the success of the programme could be replicated elsewhere.
